Admissions Procedures at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur 2022

Admission is available to doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate programs at the institute. B.Tech

• The candidate must have earned a minimum grade of 60% on their Class 12 final exam.
• Candidates must have finished their maths, physics, and chemistry courses in Class 12.

M.Tech

• Candidates must hold an engineering bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the appropriate field.
• Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 when they graduated.

M.Sc

• A bachelor's degree in science from an approved university or college is required of applicants.
• Candidates must have earned a CGPA of 6.5 upon graduation.

PhD

• Candidates must have a master's degree with at least 65 percent of the possible points, or a 7.0 CGPA, in a field like ME or M.Tech.
• Or, candidates with a BE or B. Tech degree must have a graduation GPA of at least 8.5 or at least 80%.

B.Arch

• To be eligible for B. Arch admissions at VNIT Nagpur, candidates must have completed Class 12 or the equivalent from a recognised board or institution with at least 50% for general category students and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Cut-off

An undergraduate and graduate degree in technology are available from Nagpur's Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, or VNIT. Nine specialties are available within the B.Tech programme.
