Courses & Fee Structure for VIIT Pune

There are courses available at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels at VIIT Pune. Candidates must get at least 50% on their Class 12 exam from a recognised board to be eligible for admission to Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology's UG programs.

The minimal requirement for admission to VIIT Pune PG programs is a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. The overall cost of any UG specialisation offered by VIIT Pune is the same. The number of seats, however, varies according on the specialisation chosen.

Admissions

Admissions at VIIT Pune

Admissions to the UG, PG, and doctorate programs at VIIT Pune are granted based on the candidates' results in the Class 12 test in addition to their legitimate entrance exam results. The cutoffs for VIIT Pune are shown here for students to review.

For candidates from all over India, "Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates," and MHCET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) candidates, admissions to VIIT Pune's B.Tech. program are made available through the Common Admission Process (CAP) counselling process. MHCET is scheduled from August 5 to August 11, 2022 for the MHT CET 2022 PCM group and from August 12 to August 20, 2022 for the MHT CET 2022 PCB group.

Admissions to the M.Tech program at VIIT Pune are based on merit and the GATE entrance exam. Candidates may apply for the GATE 2023 entrance test for the upcoming round of M.Tech admissions as the M.Tech 2022 admissions are closed.

VIIT Placements in Pune

According to the VIIT Pune placement report 2019–20, around 150 firms from diverse areas participated and hired students. Participating companies numbered 150 and employed 295 students. The average amount given to the students was Rs 6,76,000.

The 2022 placement drive, which has already drawn 82 recruiters, was started by the VIIT Pune placement unit. There have been 421 placement offers and 60 pre-placement offers so far. During the ongoing placement campaign, FINLQ provided the highest CTC, up to Rs 15 lakh annually. An annual CTC of Rs. 4.7 lakh on average was granted to students. The B.Tech. in Computer Engineering program at VIIT Pune strives for a placement rate of 100%. Over 76 businesses offered compensation packages that above Rs 6 lakh annually.
