Admissions

Admissions to the Vellore Institute of Technology

The applicants must first meet the minimal eligibility requirements established by the institution in order to be admitted into the courses offered at Vellore Institute of Technology. Vellore Institute of Technology Placements

By giving its students plenty of opportunities to advance their career aspirations, Vellore Institute of Technology has maintained an exceptional placement record. According to the NIRF, the university is ranked in the 28th, 55th, and 15th positions in the areas of Overall, Management, and Engineering, respectively. Beginning on July 15, the hiring season for the 2022 batch has begun.

The highest CTC at VIT Vellore Placements 2022 was INR 1.2 CPA, given to two students by Motorq. The average pay was INR 8.19 LPA. 7462 students in all were placed as a result of the placement campaign. Students were given 2907 Dream Offers and 2562 Super Dream Offers.

The PG internship placements at VIT began in March 2021 and are still ongoing. 118 organisations are participating, and 912 graduates from the 2022 graduating class have already been chosen.

Leading employers including Intel, Qualcomm, NetApp, Nokia, Philips, Titan, PayPal, VMware, Media Tek, Danfoss, and many others participated in the event.

VIT Vellore Placements 2022 Report

The campus was visited by 863 recruiters during VIT Vellore Placements 2022. Among the top employers were Dyte, PayPal, DE Shaw, etc. To date, these recruiters have placed 7462 students in total. Students were given 2907 Dream Offers and 2562 Super Dream Offers. The most lucrative wage was INR 1.2 CPA. The average pay was INR 8.19 LPA.

75 recruiters participated in the Life Science placement drive, which resulted in 372 offers of employment.

118 firms have so far taken part in the placement drive for 2021, and 81 students have received super dream offers of INR 25 LPA or more. 717 offers have been made overall.

The highest CTC during the 2022 placement campaign was INR 75 LPA.

The placement drive featured participation from some of the leading recruiters, including Dyte, Microsoft, Paypal, DE Shaw, and Udaan.

Companies participated in the 2022 summer internship placement drive up to this point, and 912 students were chosen.

There have been a total of 709 internship offers, of which 347 were super dream internships, 318 were dream internships, and 44 were standard internships.

Pre-placement offers have been made to about 129 students, and companies like Fidelity Investments, HPE CTY, and JP Morgan have offered internships.
