Admissions

Criteria for Admission to Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute in 2023

• For B.tech, students must graduate from 10+2 with a minimum of 50% overall from an accredited board. The MHT-CET score is also taken into account. Students must also sign up independently for the centralised admissions procedure.
• For M.Tech, candidates must have earned at least 50% in their B.Tech. or BE program from a college or university that has received AICTE recognition. Additionally, the college requires a current GATE score card for admission to the M.Tech program. Additionally, in order to apply for the program, students must have received a passing score on the MAH-CET.
• For admission to the MCA program, candidates must have earned a three-year bachelor's degree in any field from an institution that has been accredited by the UGC with a minimum grade point average of 50%. In addition, the minimum prerequisite for admission is a valid MAH-MCA-CET score.
• Candidates for the Ph.D. program must hold a master's and a bachelor's degree. They must go through an interview and written test. Students who have already taken the PET are excluded. Candidates having a current GATE, CSIR, or UGC-NET score, Mumbai University faculty members, and individuals with five years of degree- or post-degree-level teaching experience are excluded.

Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute's application procedure

• Candidates must register themselves on the MHT-CET website in order to get admitted to VJTI B. Tech. The candidates must download and print the MHT CET bank challan after providing the necessary information.
• Candidates must register for the centralised admission procedure (CAP), which is overseen by the director of technical education in Maharashtra, in order to be considered for VJTI admission to the M. Tech program.
• Candidates must register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) run by DTE, Maharashtra in order to be considered for admission to the MCA program. Students must submit an application in the institute's prescribed format after getting an allotment letter from the exam in order for it to be taken into consideration. At the time of counselling, students must present all required documentation; otherwise, their admission will be revoked.
• Students must submit the online application via the institute's official website in order to be admitted to the Ph.D. program at VJTI. The application cost is INR 500 for general candidates and INR 300 for reserved candidates.
