Course & Fees

PUCHD Fee Schedule and Course Catalog

The PUCHD pricing structure for any course is broken down into a few sub-groups depending on whether it is a semester or an academic year: tuition fees, maintenance fees, utility expenses, additional charges and funds, examination fees, and contributions. For an academic year, the entire cost of all the sub-groups combined is to be paid in two instalments. The value of the total cost will vary for each academic year relevant to a course and a discipline of study during that academic year.

The hostel, migration, registration, and lateral admission all have distinct costs. For all Panjab University courses, even those with varying lengths including bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and special courses, the cost subgroups stay the same. The cost of the PUCHD price structure, which is broken down into Partially Self-financing Courses, Traditional Courses, and Professional Courses, varies, though.

Around the third week of September each year, the cut-off scores and merit list for the PU-CET SCORE-CET exam, 2022, for admission to PU-CET SCORE, are often made public. The percentages used to determine the cut-off scores for the various courses are 15% for the unreserved category and 10% for the reserved category. Placemenet

PUCHD Placements

Chandigarh's Panjab University never fails to motivate. Naturally, the institution has a Central Placement Cell that manages the successful job placements of its candidates from training to the offer-letter stage for the benefit of its PU-CET Scorepils. The cell is made up of eminent university professors, faculty, and alumni who support PUCHD placement networking. AVSAR is the name of the centralised hiring process of Panjab University in Chandigarh.

A crucial component of the PUCHD placement program, the Central Placement Cell oversees the training of its candidates through written exams, group discussions, HR rounds, soft skills, and personality development. In addition, the cell arranges webinars, seminars, presentations, and brief training to improve one's diction in order to pass the company interview rounds.

In addition to the aforementioned duties, the Central Placement Cell is also responsible for inviting PU-CET Scored organisations to the university for face-to-face induction and placement drives. I.T., Biotechnology, CSE, ECE, ME, H.R., Food and FMCG, Seed Companies, Finance Sectors, and Insurance Sectors are a few of the many industries that take part in the campus-CET Scores-drives. The Central Placement Cell's placement division officer often receives requests from PU-CET Scored organisations on both the national and international levels, or vice versa, and the training for placement procedure begins in April of each year.

Again, everyone is welcome to apply because the university also lists all employment openings and qualifications on its official website.
