In 2001, the Mizoram University Aizawl was founded. It is a public institution of higher learning. The University Grants Commission (UGC) and AICTE both recognise it. Mizoram University is affiliated with the Association of Indian Universities and has a "A" NAAC rating (AIU). In 2022, the NIRF rankings placed the university at 78. Common University Entrance Test will be used to determine UG admission to Mizoram University in 2022. (CUET). Admission to Mizoram University 2022

Admission to Mizoram University in 2022 is contingent on receiving a passing score on the NTA-conducted CUET. Registration for the CUET ran from April 6 through May 22. NTA has released the CUET-UG and PG results, and Mizoram University admissions for 2022 are currently being accepted. The college level will be used for the counselling. The university will publish a merit list for various courses on the official website. Admission to all courses is merit-based. In the fields of engineering, management, humanities, medicine, life sciences, architecture, economics, information sciences, education, mass communication, earth sciences, natural resource management, fine arts, and paramedical sciences, it offers more than 50 undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programmes. Applications can be submitted to MZU either online or offline. Entry into the university is determined by merit or through admission. It recognises the results of numerous entrance tests taken at the national and state levels for programmes like B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, and MBA. If students have not taken the entrance exam, it also administers a university-level entrance examination (MZU-EEE) for admission. Candidates must pass the entrance exam and interview held by the Ph.D. programme in order to be admitted.

Massive open online courses (MOOCs), bachelor's and master's degrees, certificates, diplomas, and executive programmes are all offered online by the Mizoram University. Mizoram College One of northeast India's top universities is located in Aizawl. Through the Mizoram University Aizawl Placement Cell, the university helps place its students in reputable firms in addition to providing them with an education. A training and placement cell on campus oversees and supervises the hiring procedure. The T & P cell is made up of academic staff and students. The cell assists the students in interview preparation in addition to bringing companies for drive-bys.

Stage 1: At this point, the Mizoram University Aizawl Placement Cell invites several businesses to hold recruitment drives on campus. The employers receive the placement brochure in addition to other information.

Stage 2: The companies will respond with a message indicating whether they are accepting the invitation or not in this stage. The placement office at Mizoram University in Aizawl is highly busy.
