Admission to LPU Distance Education

Merit-based admission is the policy for courses. Below is a description of the LPUDE admissions procedure.

How to Apply?

• Download the application from the "Prospectus and Application Form" section of the "Admissions" tab on the official website.

                                               OR

• Obtain the prospectus and application from the university's "Division of Admission."
• Complete the form and include self-attested copies of all necessary documentation.
• Pay the application fee by sending a check payable to "Lovely Faculty of Distance Education" and made out in Jalandhar.
• Present in person, at university-specified places, or by registered mail or courier with the

Distance Learning at LPU: E-Connect

Lovely Professional University's LPU e-Connect provides its students with a reliable and secure online connection that connects them to the university ANY TIME, ANYWHERE. Based on innovative web portal technology, it effectively automates numerous administrative and academic distance learning processes while minimising the drawbacks of physical distances by giving 24 hour accessibility through a variety of helpful features. To access the various interactive and dynamic elements of LPU e-Connect, students registered in LPU Distance Education are given a unique User ID and Password. Other ways to access LPU e-Connect include numerous mobile applications. The following are LPU e-main Connect's characteristics:

• Individualised student account that includes personal and enrollment information
• Provides information via Flashing Messages, Running Reminders, Personalized Messages, and Announcements.
• A variety of academic resources, including programme guides, assignments, question papers from previous years, and self-study materials for different courses.
• Date sheet, admit card, student grade card, results, question paper patterns from prior years, and registration forms for reappearance and reevaluation are all provided.
• Provides PCP guidelines, a schedule, and other information to make it easier for students to register online for the personal contact programme.
• Students are welcome to post questions, comments, and other recommendations.

Placement for LPU Distance Education

The placement cell at LPU DE helps students find jobs by organising recruitment events and alerting them of available positions. More than 190 placement drives for students have been held by LPU DE. With more than 1370 students placed, more than 100 companies held placement drives for LPU DE.
