The Jaipur National University accepts about 25,000 students annually from a variety of fields. The university is a centre for academic excellence in Rajasthan's Jaipur city and is well-known for its engineering and medical programmes. However, the institution also provides a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate, doctorate, and certificate programmes in a variety of fields, including management, commerce, the arts, sciences, nursing, alternative health sciences, fashion, etc. For the engineering sector, JNU, Jaipur holds its own exam, and for a variety of degrees, admission may be either offline or online. The following actions and procedures must be followed in order to be admitted to the university:

Walk-in inquiries: You can directly visit and speak with the counsellors who are on campus; they will direct you and inform you about the various programmes, the outlooks for them, and all the details about the various courses and programmes, and you can choose from the programme or course you are interested in. They will next determine if your profile satisfies the eligibility requirements. If you are qualified, you are sent an admissions letter. You can enrol in the course once the necessary paperwork and fees have been completed.

JNU Jaipur Online Application: To apply for your desired course online, go to the admissions tab on the university's official website. You can also reach the admissions section by writing to admissions directly and asking for information about the course in question or any other questions you may have about admissions. Browse the courses offered on the website, then complete the JNU Jaipur online application for the programme of your choice. The Jaipur National University counsellors will then get in touch with you by phone or by replying to your email. The counsellor will look through the eligibility standards and, if they are satisfied, will recommend admission. You can start the course right away by paying the costs online with a debit/credit card or through net banking.

Through Entrance Exams (Conducted by the University): JNU, Jaipur holds an entrance exam called JNU CET that includes questions from several disciplines from Class 11 and 12 for some programmes like engineering. More specifically, there are twenty-five questions from each of the four subject areas—physics, chemistry, math, and English—on the exam. The questions are all all of the objective variety. The cut-off is determined by the merit list. The eligible candidates can research this by regularly checking the university's website for updates and completing the admissions process, or by downloading the brochure provided by the university for this purpose. Once the results are out and the cut-off is announced, shortly after which the important dates of the subsequent procedures, such as the dates of document verification, counselling, seat entry option allotment, date of the first round, second round entry options, etc. are followed, the eligible candidates can look into this. All of the qualified students who have finished the aforementioned procedures may then enrol in the course.

International Admissions at Jaipur National University: After receiving an acceptance letter from JNU Jaipur, international students must apply for an Indian visa.
