Admissions

BMSCE bangalore B.Tech Admission

According to the Karnataka State Government Notification ED 43 TEC 2011 dated March 21, 2011, the academic requirements for admission to B.E./B.TECH are being followed by BMSCE Bangalore. THE FOLLOWING COURSES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2011–12:

The candidate must have passed the entrance exam and the second year Pre University or XII standard or comparable exams with Physics and Mathematics as required courses, as well as one of the following disciplines: For admission to Engineering & Technology Courses, applicants must have completed Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, and have earned at least fifty percent (50%) of the total marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages.

Furthermore, candidates belonging to the ** Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Classes specified in the pertinent Government Order for the purpose of Reservation in Respect of Engineering and Technology Courses shall be required to obtain forty-five percent (45%) of the aggregate in optional subjects in order to be eligible.

Admission to BMSCE Bangalore's B.Arch

Engineering BMS College Application Process

For admission to MBA and MCA programs, the BMS College of Engineering opens its doors in January. The application period for undergraduate programs opens in February. The BMS College of Engineering application process can be completed offline, thus candidates must print their application from the official website. Candidates must turn in their application before the deadline, if not earlier.

Candidates can enrol in UG programs through COMEDK, and they can enrol in MCA and MBA programs based on their KMAT scores. Only students from Karnataka who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Classes shall be granted any further academic eligibility relaxation.

BMS College of Engineering's application procedure is conducted offline. The application form must be printed out by the candidates before being filled out. They must visit the college to submit the completed application. The application must be submitted before the deadline, which is the last day for submissions. The applicants must also pay the application fee, submit an attested copy of their GATE result, and, if applicable, attach a caste certificate.

M.Tech. Eligibility Requirements for BMS College of Engineering 

Candidates who desire to enrol in M.Tech courses at the BMS College of Engineering must review the eligibility requirements set forth by the organisation responsible for administering the exam. Candidates for the M.Tech programs at the BMS College of Engineering must have a current GATE score or a passing score on the PGCET of Karnataka. The applicants must have successfully finished their B.Tech. or B.E. courses. They had to have received at least 50% on their degree examination in each subject and each semester.

GATE Financial Aid:

  • In order to be eligible for the GATE scholarship, a candidate must have a valid GATE score.
  • Candidates belonging to Sponsored Quota are not eligible for the BMS College of GATE Scholarship.
  • With a valid GATE score, candidates from the reserved category—which includes the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Class—are not eligible for any scholarships.
  • The applicant who has a valid GATE score and wants to study an M.Tech in a part-time program is not qualified to apply for this award.

M.B.A. Admissions Requirements for BMS College of Engineering

Candidates must have earned their diploma from a university that is recognised. They must have earned a minimum of 50% on a three-year degree program or an equivalent test. All of the subjects and languages studied over the three years of the degree program must be included in this 50%.

Entry-Level Exam:

Candidates must be KMT, PGCET, CMAT, and MAT qualified. The following exams must all be taken.

Eligibility Requirements for BMS College of Engineering

Candidates for the MCA program at BMS College of Engineering must have earned a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer application and science, business mathematics, computer programming, or business statistics from a recognised university. One of the required subjects must be one of the aforementioned topics. Candidates must have graduated with at least a 50% grade point average.

Entry-Level Exam:

In order to apply for BMS MCA in College of Engineering, applicants must be aware that they must either present a KMT score or a PGCET score.

Engineering BMS College Selection Process

Candidates are chosen based on their performance on the admission tests and how well they meet the qualifying requirements. Candidates cannot take this exam unless they are both age- and educationally-eligible. Candidates are picked in accordance with the BMS College of Engineering's qualifying requirements and the results of the entrance exams.
