Following are the prerequisites for the AIT ME application process, which students must complete online:

• Scanned photograph and signature
• Valid Photo ID proof.
• Degree certificate/provisional degree certificate/course completion certificate.
• Copy of mark sheets of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit a provisional certificate letter per the format issued by the Home of institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Department.
• Candidates in the final year of Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or master's have to submit their degree certificate.
