Admissions

Amity University Gwalior's 2022 eligibility requirements

• To be admitted to UG programs, students must have received 50% of their possible points in the 10+2 or an equivalent exam. Additionally, students must take the admission exam if they plan to enrol in the engineering, architecture, or other programs. JEE, Amity JEE, state-level entrance exams, and NATA scores are all options for students, and upper secondary diplomas are also required. AMCAT results may also be submitted by students.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant stream is required for admission into PG courses. MBA candidates must achieve a minimum score on the CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, NMAT, CMAT, AMCAT, or AMITY Test.

Exams/Amity University Gwalior Cutoff

Students who received an average of 80% or more in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2020/2021) are exempt from the first round of selection. Only the Amity Application Form will be used to determine selection. The remaining students will be chosen based on merit, with their overall percentage serving as the criterion for evaluation.

The marks earned in English and three academic courses—which must include qualifying subjects but exclude physical education, the fine and performing arts, as well as any vocational or non-written subjects—will be used to compute the overall percentage. These topics will be taken into account for the corresponding or chosen fields.

Placemenet

All placements are managed by the training and placement cell. Top-tier businesses from India and around the world are contacted by the university each year for the final-year students' on-campus placement. Beginning with the first day of class, students begin receiving training for their placement. Students are assisted with placements by faculty members and the Amity University placement cell. At the start of the final semester, the formal training for tr placement begins. The top industries for hiring at the placement include those in information technology, manufacturing, fashion, banking, and human resources.

The multi-tiered selection process is frequently used for candidate selection during campus interviews. These rounds start with the students receiving career counselling, then they participate in group discussions, receive training in public speaking, and go through mock interviews.

In the first week of June 2020, Amity Gwalior began its campus placements season for 2020–21. 148 businesses from a variety of industries have so far taken part in the processes for full-time employment virtually (133 from AU MP and 15 from ATPC).

98.13% of AUG's graduate students for 2021 have found jobs. CSE, ECS, and MBA BTech branches all had 100% placement success.
